In the world of Pinterest and Instagram, there is inspiration everywhere!! I suggest starting a pinterest board and pinning anything that strikes inspiration—even if it is not strictly “wedding” content. From there, you can look at all of those images and pull a common thread of colors, styles, and textures to direct your wedding vision! I suggest taking your personal style into account, as well as any trends that you might want to incorporate (or avoid!) to stay true to yourselves :)

Before we meet, you should have a date and venue secured. You should also have a general idea of the colors and style you envision for your wedding (and inspo photos to show this vision!). Exact numbers are not necessary, but an idea of guest count and the big items you definitely need is helpful. We will work together to iron out all of the details!

We serve all over Western New York, including the city of Buffalo, the surrounding Northtowns and Southtowns, Ellicottville, and into the Rochester and Finger lakes areas.

For our 2025 season, the wedding order minimum is $3,800. Prices are custom quoted because there is much room for variation. If you would describe your vision as:

beautiful designs, covering the basic needs without many extras or large focals, you may spend between 3,800-5,000

slightly more detailed or lush, covering the basic needs with some additional accent pieces and a focal area, possibly a larger wedding party or guest count, you may spend between 5-7,000 *this is the most popular range*

all the bases covered with hanging installations or other elaborate setup, lush pieces throughout with a larger wedding party, possibly a larger guest count, rental add ons or elevated centerpieces, you may spend $8,000+

You don’t have to; this is our job! You are welcome to request certain varieties, and we can check into availability for you, but all of our weddings are designed using seasonal varieties in the colors and textures that we discuss in your consultation. We can’t guarantee exact varieties, but always use what is the most fresh and beautiful at the time of your wedding!

Every wedding is custom quoted based on exactly what you have in mind! In order to receive a quote, you should fill out an inquiry form so that we can check availability, confirm that we are a fit, and then schedule your consultation. After the consultation, we will email your quote to you.

Yes! We like to keep things flexible because we know that a lot can change from the day of our initial consultation to the wedding day! As long as your order is kept above our yearly minimum, you can adjust items as needed any time up until the final balance is paid and final order is confirmed 1 month before your wedding date.

We currently accept cash and check for the retainer fee and the balance. If this is an issue let us know and we can talk about other options!

This is totally up to you, we do not require a final meeting!

We will send your items list for final adjustments about 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Once the last changes are made, we will send you a final order to confirm the items and balance, along with some information about delivery and vendor details.

If you prefer to meet up again, we certainly can, but if you have enough on your plate with the wedding just 30 or 40 days away it is not necessary. Let us know what works best for you!

Yes! With all wedding quotes, we automatically include packaging, delivery, and setup!

When you confirm your final order, just let us know what items you need to which addresses, and give a time window for each address. We will arrange the deliveries from there!

The only flowers you will need to handle on wedding day will be your bouquet or your boutonniere, as it should be ;)
